(ii) If the Bureau determines or determines that the information provided on this application is not sufficient for a determination of compliance with the requirements of this part, and if the individual does not satisfy the requirements of applicable law and this part, and the Bureau has no reason to believe that the individual is making an application for an exemption from this part for any particular occupational group to which this subpart applies, the report shall not be required.
